Halogen Oven Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

Mmm, chicken wings. The best thing about them is their incredible versatility. They are one of those foods that can be prepared in a lot of different ways while remaining tasty and delicious. We have many halogen oven chicken wings recipes, but by far, this is one of the best ones.

Remove the tips and excess fat from the chicken wings.
Using a paper towel, pat the wings to dry and set them aside.
In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl to marinade, massage the wings with the marinade, and let them stand for 3 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and place them on your halogen oven rack.
Roast for 10 minutes at 325°F.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the honey, tomato puree, and 2 tablespoons of marinade.
Remove the wings from the oven and roll them in the honey-tomato mixture.
Place the wings back on the rack and cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove and roll again in the mixture and cook for 5 more minutes.
Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds, if desired.
