Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Chicken Breast

To make the marinade, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Place the chicken breasts into a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, rubbing it and making sure to cover all parts. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper to keep it cleaner, then place the marinated chicken on it, making sure not to overcrowd it. You can use an Air Fryer Rack to create a double layer and cook more chicken tenders at the same time.
Cook for 10 minutes at 360 °F.
Flip the chicken.
Cook for another 10 to 12 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F on a digital food thermometer.
