INFRAOVENS® is happy to offer FREE SHIPPING across all products within the USA and Puerto Rico. Exclusions may apply to wholesale shipments, in which case shipping fees shall be discussed on a case-by-case basis. 

DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (USA) 

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of product arrival. Returned and Exchanged products must arrive unopened and unused to quality for a refund or exchange. 

All returns and exchanges are subject to an $8.00 return shipment fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE USA)

All international shipments are subject to a fixed-rate shipping fee depending on the country of destination. In order to check the shipping fee, you may input your address on the checkout page and the shipping amount will update automatically. If you do not see your country or region listed for international shipment, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
