Together, the brown sugar, garlic and paprika are a powerful combination worth trying.  2 Pork chops (preferably 1 1/2 inch thick)
 2 tbsp Brown sugar
 1 tbsp Paprika
 1 ½ tsp Salt
 1 ½ tsp Black pepper
 1 tsp Ground mustard
 ½ tsp Onion powder
 ¼ tsp Garlic powder
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 (Optional) Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Rinse pork chops under running water. Pat with a paper towel to dry.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, ground mustard, onion, and garlic powder.

Lay the pork chops on a wide plate or a small baking sheet and coat them with olive oil.

Rub the brown sugar mixture into the meat and allow it to sit for a while.

Preheat your Air Fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.

To avoid a sticky basket, place parchment paper liners like these on your basket or rack. This will prevent the sugar from sticking into your rack or basket, also saving you clean-up time.

Place the pork chops into the basket or rack, and cook at 400 °F for 12 minutes, flipping them after 6 minutes.

Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with rosemary sprig.
