 3 Large russet potatoes
 1 cup Cornflour
 2 tbsp Cornmeal
 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
 Salt, to taste
 Avocado Oil

1

After cleaning the potatoes, slice them into fries.

In a bowl with cool water, completely submerge the sliced potatoes and let them sit for an hour. This removes the excess starch and helps fries be crispier.

In a large bowl, mix the cornflour, cornmeal, and Cajun seasoning. Then, coat the potato slices with the seasoning.

5

Place the coated potatoes in your Air Fryer, being careful not to pile them up. To make this easier, you can use an Air Fryer Rack like this one to cook the fries in 2 layers.

7

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
