Air Fryer Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

Brussel Sprouts are delicious and have a high nutritional value. They are high in fiber, vitamin C, and vitamin K, and we love their taste and how versatile they can be. However, not everyone is fond of them. For this reason, this Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts recipe is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. The only way we can get some people in our family to eat Brussel sprouts is with this crispy and delicious recipe, which we’re not mad about!

The parmesan and panko mix delivers a crispy and full-of-taste dish that can be used as a side dish or to mix in a salad or bowl. We especially love to make these to mix in a poke-style bowl. They are filling and nutritious, which makes them especially great when wanting a both healthy and satisfying meal. Other great side dishes to go with Brussel sprouts include sweet potato mash, green beans, mashed potatoes, sweet potato noodles, zucchini noodles and salad.
