Cover your toaster oven’s rack or pan with a non-stick element, you can use cooking spray, aluminum foil, parchment paper or a grilling mat.
Place the bacon strips on a single layer, without overcrowding. Leave some space in between each bacon strip.
Without preheating the toaster oven, place the bacon inside and cook at 400°F until desired crispiness is achieved, about 8 minutes.
Once done, transfer the cooked bacon strips to a paper towel to absorb all excess grease.
