How to cook Lamb chops with feta cheese in convection oven
“Lamb chops with feta cheese” is a dish that can be cooked very easily in convection ovens and it is very rich in taste. To cook lamb chops with feta cheese using an Infrared convection oven follow the next steps:
- Lamb chops (4 pieces, one-inch thick)
- Crumbled feta cheese (4 ounce)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- Chopped red tomatoes (quarter cup)
- Garlic (one clove)
- Pitted kalamata olives (Five pieces)
- Chopped parsley (one tablespoon)
- Salt (According to taste)
- Pepper (According to taste)
First, you need to coat you lamp chops with oil, lemon juice and garlic. You can use both frozen and defrosted lamb to cook in Nuwave oven. To coat the lamb take olive oil, lemon juice and garlic in a dish and mix them very well. Then put the lamb chops into the mix and evenly coat all the lamb chops in all sides. Put it in fridge for about 15 minutes.
Now take feta cheese, olives, parsley and tomatoes into another bowl and mix them. Put them on side and take out your lamb from fridge.
Place your lamb chops on the four-inch oven rack and season with salt & pepper. Put Nuwave oven on HI. Wait until it is done. It will take approximately 15 minutes to cook. Don’t forget to turn the lamb chops on half way of cooking.
After the chops are done, take the feta cheese mix and put it on top of the chops. Finally, use your convection oven to melt the cheese and you are done.
